Our staff are all experienced in their chosen field and recruitment is done with the utmost care to initiate open communication channels.  It is also a custom for us to provide both yourself and the staff member with a tailored specification of the job requirements, outlining both high priority and lower priority or infrequent roles.  Although these are flexible we feel it is a valuable base to ensuring the results achieved are the ones you were hoping for!
